Delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days from when your order leaves our warehouse. This estimated timeframe begins when you receive a despatch confirmation. Orders are generally despatched within 1-2 working days if the products within the order are available and in stock. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date and orders may be left in a safe location of your choice.
Please note that depending on the weight, volume, value of your order and your delivery address, we may choose an alternative courier at our discretion and this will not affect the estimated timescales outlined above.
Hermes have made some change to the way they deliver parcels to offer 'contact-free delivery' right to your doorstep. Information is outlined below:
-If you would like to arrange a contactless delivery please choose 'divert' via your tracking link to select a safe place for your parcel to be left.
-If you haven't chosen a safe place but there is somewhere safe to deliver your parcel, your delivery driver will leave it there, even if you or someone else is in the property. A photo will be taken and this will be included in your delivery notification email.
-If your parcel requires a signature, your delivery driver can temporarily do this on your behalf to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. This will only happen if you open the door and give your name for security reasons. The driver will stay at least two steps away.
-If there is no safe place available, please be assured that Hermes will always attempt delivery 3 times.

Please note that following the UK's withdrawal from the European Union, many couriers and mail service providers are experiencing some additional delays and we would ask that our customers take this into consideration.
The timeframe from despatch to delivery for international orders varies greatly depending on the delivery country. Additionally, the cost will be dependent on the value, weight and size of the order placed. These specific details will be included at the checkout page and the despatch confirmation email.
The shipping service used for international orders may not necessarily contain tracking (country dependent), however if it does, tracking details will be included in the despatch confirmation email.
Customs & Duty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Different Stock Availability: If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
· Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website.
· Payment Card Checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
How can I track my order?
When your order is despatched we will send you a despatch confirmation email which will include a tracking link in order for you to be able to track your order from despatch to delivery. Please note that this is generally for UK orders only, however some international orders may have a tracking service as well.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. Where is it?
We are sorry that your order hasn't arrived with you yet. If your order included a tracking service, please use this to find out the latest information on the delivery of your order. If you have placed an order with UK delivery and your order hasn't arrived yet, please allow at least 20 days from the date of despatch before you contact us. This is due to some external influences affecting delivery services which may have caused your delivery to be delayed and therefore taken it beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. For international orders, please allow 30 days from the date of despatch before you contact us with enquiries about orders that haven't arrived with you.
My order is showing as delivered but I haven't received it. Where is it?
This is most common when orders are placed with delivery to a workplace. Please check all locations and with all possible individuals who may have received the package. We strongly recommend that you get your order delivered to a private and secure address to ensure the above issue doesn't occur. We will not refund or replace tracked orders which show as delivered at the chosen address.
