How to return your order
If you wish to return your order to us, please return it to the following address:
Referees Direct, Block E, Knockmore Industrial Estate, Moira Road, Lisburn, BT28 2EJ, United Kingdom.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return. After the date you contact us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of this date. Please complete the return form that was included inside your original package and place it inside your return.
Please allow up to 5 working days from your return reaching our warehouse for us to process your return.
We are happy to refund or exchange any non-personalised items for whatever reason you may have, providing you do so in the timeframe outlined above and you adhere to our returns policy below. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to show in your account.
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs that are incurred, unless the item is being returned with a fault. You must send your return using a tracked service in order to ensure it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any return that gets lost in the shipping process, so please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
If any of the items you receive in your order have a fault, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. We ask that you contact us first when you believe that you have a faulty item at email@example.com. We may ask you to provide us with information and photos regarding the fault prior to you sending the faulty item(s) back to us. We will advise you on the process thereafter for returning your item(s).
Any badged items (includes kits, training kit etc.) are considered personalised items since they are made to order. As per law, we can only offer a refund on these items when they are deemed faulty. We cannot offer a refund under any other circumstance. We will happily accept exchanges for these items (e.g. change of size), provided the item you wish to exchange for is in stock.
Returns must adhere to the following*:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be unworn
- Items must include all original tags and labels
- There must be no signs of wear, stains or odours
*Please note that if all of the criteria listed for the returns policy are not met, Referees Direct reserves the right to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to you.
